Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a california central coast tasting room. We will be the tasting room for a dozen or more "garagiste" or boutique wineries that don't have their own tasting room. A comfortable neighborhood hangout with wine, beer, and small plates.
I like the simplicity of wrathwines.com logo, not that I want to copy nor even want a similar font, but the wrath image in white on a black shirt, with some of their basic info on the back is very eye catching in its simplicity.
However, my wife had an idea for grapes being crushed and forming into the letters "crush" which I also liked.

Also had thought of the logo text in the middle of a larger double circle with the names of important central coast wine regions inside the borders encircling the logo text

The word crush should not be all caps nor bold as I feel that might be too masculine and we will be 60/40 women/men, the counterpart to the brewpub next door. But it also shouldn't be too flowing...no script, which I think might be too feminine.
