I am Physical Therapist in Toronto, ON, working with a team to develop a remote patient monitoring device, specifically intended to monitor and help care for the elderly.
This device is intended to become the next indispensable tool that healthcare practitioners will use to make preventative healthcare delivery work.

For some more inspiration. Uploaded two new files for your review. These are working concepts only - remains open to interpretation what a remote patient monitoring device would look like. The font style is what we have been working with - but in need of revision in my opinion. You guys are great! Keep them coming.
