Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We just started to build-up a new, community based sport/activity organizing project in Hungary. Our main goal is to help the easy-minded people who just want to do some sport occasionally and do not take it too seriously, they would do it just for fun, and feel rather uncomfortable in a high-tech gym among all the "perfect" men or women. Or just find it hard to put sporting activities in their tight or everchanging daily schedule, or just want an easy way to book a place around their home or workplace, even if they are just casual guests. The key for our mission is a user-friendly, modular smartphone application and accompanying web interface, that provides all the necessary functions to control the whole process from listing, through booking, entering, logging, scheduling, and feedback services.
The project called "Sportmajom" (which means "Sportmonkey" in Hungarian). Therefore we are looking for a rather simple logo, which is basically a monkey head, with a funny/ironic expression. Like it would say "Hey man, I'm the king of the gym", which is certainly far from the truth... Try to avoid the puppet-like, or Disney-like iterations, it is not about babies. The attached picture is rather to express our philosophy, not a base for a logo.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• A monkey face, with some silly/ironic expression. Should suggest some sport/fun/take-it-easy feeling.

Schön zu haben

• Easily recognizable, not a "crowded" drawing, maybe the simpler is better, a one that sticks into one's mind. A version may be used as an app logo, so it should display well in even icon size.

Sollte nicht haben

• "Hello Kitty"-like iterations. Also avoid highly calligraphic fonts, it should be simple.
