Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
MFZ Advisors is a real estate private equity fund.
The two founders first met around a real estate deal in Moscow, Russia. The deal was to buy an old soviet-era furniture factory and convert it into commercial space.
Several years on, those two founders are establishing a fund under the name MFZ which are the initals of the soviet factory's name, as a throwback to their first encounter.
The logo, whilst referring back to these origins needs to remain institutional and contemporary.
The fund invests and develops real estate mainly in Europe. The particularity is that we are faster and more nimble in closing deals than many competitors.
Color codes to be kept to a maximum of three.
