Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are newly established boutique lettings company with a number of privately owned residential properties available only to rent in the UK requiring a logo. This is a family run Business set up by two young professionals and the name is JB1 Properties. This will be used for the websites domain, answering calls and all advertising, we would like our final design to communicate JB1 Properties or even JB1 if the design is clear it relates to properties.

We require a logo that reflects the current business and also provides us with the foundations of a brand that we can expand over the coming years starting with small terraced houses growing to large family homes, all newly renovated and furnished in a spacious, modern but homely vibe.

We would like to be perceived as a fresh and innovative company offering tenants a premium product at market prices. All properties we offer to the market for rental will be fully refurbished in a clean, fresh and modern style reflecting on the company values.

We aim to have a competitive edge to a typical estate agent by offering a personal and bespoke level of service to our clients and our target market is professionals.

The logo should be linked to the property industry and be clean and modern with a fresh and understated colour scheme which is what the homes will reflect.

Words that we would use to describe the business and would like reflected in the logo are: Modern, Clean, Fresh, Dependable, Upmarket, exclusive, personal but professional.

The logo will be used on the online on the website, printed marketing materials and across social media. Business cards and items for gifts – such as a welcome pack including things such as Mugs with the company’s info on for a personal touch. There may also be the requirement for the logo to be used on larger scale print advertising material in the future such as To Let signs.
