Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a new company research service, called CompanyWords. The service enables people to search the text in annual reports of companies. You enter the company name you are searching for, or search across all companies within an industry, and you enter the word or phrase. The service shows you how many times that word or phrase was used in the company’s annual report. And it shows you the sentences in which the word or phrase was used.
The service will be used by researchers and investors. For example, let’s say youo want to see if General Electric is doing anything with robotics, or at least talking about robotics in their annual report. You specify General Electric and “robotics”, hit search and receive all the sentences in which “robotics” is mentioned.
If you want to see a prototype of the service, you can go to http://thirddigital.com, sign in with the username Tester and the password Tester@1 . Then go to http://thirddigital.com/annual_reports.
The logo should use the blue and green in the attached file. If you need to use a third color, use the grey. The logo should convey that this is a text search engine for company reports, so it enables people to learn what companies are saying about certain topics in their annual reports. Eventually, we will add quarterly reports and perhaps press statements. The logo can have a supporting icon.
The logo can show CompanyWords as one word, or Company Words as separate words – whichever you think looks better. If you use an icon, may be good to convey searching.
The service is web-based and will be available on desktops or smartphones. People will get a free trail period then pay a monthly subscription to use it. The logo should be elegant, fun and professional. It does not have to be overly complicated. Best of luck with it!
