We need an artwork for a Podcast for iTunes/web/social.
The name of the podcast is The Bias Disruption.

It's a component of an overall consulting firm (https://www.joshpackard.com/the-packard-group) that provides high level (C-Suite) strategic consulting that helps companies to drive true innovation on a regular basis and implement corporate change strategies. It's a business podcast where we buck conventional wisdom about what drives innovation using actual research and data.

We are looking for something that incorporates the title of the podcast and potentially something that uses avatars of the hosts. I've attached in this brief a (way too formal) picture of us. NOTE: DO NOT USE THE PHOTOGRAPH IN YOUR DESIGN.

UPDATE: I've attached some quick avatars that I made, but I'd like some full body designs if possible. Also, these were just quick ones I made with an online program. They could probably be a little more personalized.

While the other aspects of the business (blog, book, etc.) will be pretty heavy and technical, the podcast will be lighter, funny and conversational but still professional and planned out with a loose script. There are the same two co-hosts each week.

We would like to see designs that fit into the overall color and font scheme from the business logo (see attached) but also potentially incorporates the use of avatars in order to communicate the tone of the show.
