Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi. I need a logo design for a bicycle light product called 'blincas'.

Blincas is a wirelessly operated indicator-brake-visibility light for on-road cyclists. It is sleek, lightweight, ultraportable, USB-rechargeable and attaches to anything. It is also universal in its design and can be optioned for either front and/or back use of your bicycle.

Designed with the on-road cyclist in mind it speaks the same light language as cars and makes it faster and easier to communicate to motorists or riders your intention to turn, stop or be visible at night while on the roads.

We need a logo to reflect a sleek, high-tech product that is intuitive and has design integrity but also that has a sense of humour and is urban-cool. We want the logo to be fresh and minimalist with a pop of colour and also to reflect the energetic cyclist who will be using it. Something that would appeal to a serious cyclist/athlete as well as the urban hipster and city cyclist.

Please avoid font that is too sharp or shiny. Something more rounded and interesting. Also an icon either pictorial or abstract would be nice to complement the logo - or altering the font to give it an original and interesting edge.

This logo will be used on packaging, website, print, t-shirts and accessories so needs to translate well to all these formats. In particular the clarity of it on packaging is of importance, to stand out from the crowd when it's on the shelves.

The byline for blincas is 'wireless indicator-brake-night light for your bike!' Pls show example of how this would work with or without the logo.

I have attached a pic of the bike light which should help with guiding your design.

• Please avoid bicycles and wheels in the design, which are very common to find in bike product logos...unless it is done in a very subtle way...focus more on the concept of a light that indicates, brakes and switches on/off automatically.
