This we find very upsetting and troubling to learn - that submissions would be fraudulent in their nature, we nonetheless thank you gratefully for you dilligance and care in letting us know about this.

Due to legal reasons it is very important that our trademark does not infringe upon others or incorporate other elements which are not unique. That is why we stated this in the design brief,
