About 3CNET

3CNET Nigeria Ltd (3CNET) is privately owned provider of Information and Communication Technology solutions. The Company has been engaged in Fibre Optic deployments, Wireless Deployments, IP/Data Communication Deployment, Enterprise Network & Infrastructure Solutions and Business Critical infrastructure Management to clients in both private and public sectors. . Project Background.

3CNET is currently about to roll out her Internet services to both Corporate and Residential market type customers. We need to develop a new site with appeal to the Nigerian market (we must have black people in pictures if we decide to use people but it can also be mixed) but yet have an international appeal. The business has been split into 3 critical service areas:
1. ISP Services
2. Technology Projects
3. Managed Services

The fourth one which more of an activity is 4. Innovation Center

We need a website that is CMS (Content Management System) based and that would have WOW! effect on visitor (simple, clean, yet futuristic and techy) , also it is important to try to capture visitors to the website by providing an online chat function.
