The name of the company is Share the Music Inc.

Share the Music hopes to provide excellent musical instruction by connecting students and teachers, and also facilitates an outlet for musical growth in the form of performance opportunities, competition participation, and community involvement. We believe in the importance of generosity and community through the power of music. Each year, Share The Music Inc. will choose an organization to donate 1% of its annual proceeds.

I'm pretty open to any and all logo designs that convey these things.

A few key things I would like the logo to convey is the sense of bringing community together, collaboration, giving back.
