Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a local digital print shop based in Calgary, Alberta Canada. We recently created new division in which we just want to focus on Real Estate Agent (the name is Realtor in North America) as our main customers, and our major products under this new division will be printing luxury Business Cards and printing Listing Brochures (you can search the feature sheets brochures booklets, you will see it is 4 page or 8 page brochure flyers for Realtors to advertise their house listings). That is why our company just registered the trade name of Real Print. So, the Real Print will offer an online web-to-print solutions to our local Real Estate agents for now; and any Realtor can go our website, to order their business card or listing brochures, we will print and ship them out to our customers. Our tagline will be something like: Real Print, the Real Printing Solutions for Calgary Realtors(not 100% finalized yet). We would like to see our logo design has these following elements: a) it has be modern, active, and have some luxury feeling, b) It has four colors stands for printing (but not the traditional CMYK color, it must be be different tone, make it more contemporary); c) It has to be related to real estate as we are focusing on real estate agents or Realtors; d) it shows the convenience of using our online shop and fast turnaround time. So, it as the feeling of fast and convenient. Please see attached listing brochures example and our current logo. We just want change it to something totally different but follow the 4 guideline above.
