Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a single template that will reflect our brand and have a really interesting and catchy feel. Be creative. It should include our logo a catch phrase like "Where Your Feet Are in Good Hands" and editable. There should be a header with this information. The central portion should be available to place text about medical conditions or other information and available to take pictures.
The footer needs to be all of the info on our location such as address, phone, drs names etc. - see must haves
We like shadows, 3D, really creative and catchy.
Below is an example that my friend uses. I like it but would like something a little more interesting. I do not want the same design as the flyer attached.
Logo is attached.
Our Colors: Want plenty of white space

Patients and Physicians. We are podiatrists, foot and ankle specialists but I do not want any pictures of feet or medical stuff on the template.
