coding is after design layout approved or need to submit both file ?

It is important for us to also review the quality of the code. We would rather compromise on what we choose as the design than having a spaghetti of HTML/CSS that we cannot maintain.

We are happy to give feedback on initial mockups and designs as we realize that changes sometimes are hard to incorporate in the code early on.
