I think the logo text would be the initials of the organization: AITDG Perhaps stylized to be eye catching?

It's up to you but using the full name may be difficult to include in a logo.

I don't have a slogan or motto

The broad function on the company is training people in India who would not usually be able to access Australian training and qualifications.
