Need help creating an email design for an email campaign where we are trying to get our current e-club subscribers to sign up for our loyalty program. Essentially would like to have two email designs created. One as the initial email that will be a call to action for our e-club subscribers to sign up online via our website for our new loyalty/beer tour program. The second email design needed will be a follow up email for those e-club members who did not sign up after the first email was sent out - sort of as a reminder/kick in the tail to get signed up. The designs can be pretty similar but slight headline variations. Also wouldn't mind a few different headline options to run a quick side by side test early on to see what gets the best open rate.
First email direction and text/content laid out below -
- Really want the email to read very simple and catching for them to click a button/link that says "Sign Up Now" and directs them directly to our sign up
- Sign up for Loyalty and "I Want Beer" Tour!
- Free appetizer upon sign up (use cheese curd photo maybe?)

Second, Follow Up, Email -
-Similar design and info but with a catching headline that says something like "Act now before it's too late!" or "Don't wait - act now!" or "Last chance - sign up today!"
- Say something like "Sign up now and we'll stop bugging you" with a thumbs up emoji or something
- Callout in the email somewhere smaller and further down that this is not actually the last chance to sign up but they can sign up in store later at anytime if they wish.
