Landing Page-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I require a landing page for my landscaping business.

My business plan revolves around hooking clients with weeding services. Not lawn herbicide sprays, but actual hand weeding and bed maintenance. I've found my niche as most people do not want to do this kind of work. From there I often upsell clients into actual hardscaping or softscaping.

I like things to be clean, concise, and to the point. Not overly flashy, but not so minimal that that it's boring. My logo is a very good example of what I like.

The business is LGBTQ owned and operated. I do not broadcast this but I feel the logo itself, along with the name is usually enough to tip people into assumption. I'm not opposed to color, but I do not want the page to scream "gay". My favourite color is yellow...

I used to be a door to door salesman so I'm doing something different where I want to do all my selling in my first meeting with the client. With this said I do not need a section for "work pictures", as I have photos of my work on my tablet, which I show the client during the consultation.

Ideally i'd like my web site to actually be just a landing page. I'd like room for all the following information within the page;

- description of services;
Weeding of Perennial and Flower Beds
Selective Pruning of Trees and Shrubs
Hedging
Landscape Construction
Landscape Design
Total Lawn Treatment Plans
Landscape Pest Control

- contact information, phone, email

Any or all of these can be custom made graphics or simply text, whatever looks best

I do not want people to have to search for information throughout. Design it in such a way that either the eye flows naturally from one piece of information to the other, or that it's all compartmentalized neatly enough that everything is easy to find.

As I am a landscape and outdoor maintenance service I'm no opposed to images such as flowers, trees, landscaping, etc being present. However please note that my main focus and source of income comes from weeding services, everything else is bonus cash.

Many of my clients are extremely wealthy individuals who pay over $1000 for the season for me just to show up and pull weeds. So making the website appeal to wealthy people as opposed to the average joe is paramount.

I do not cut grass. Please do not have any indication on the website, either through writing or graphics that implies that I cut grass. There are enough companies doing that.
