Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My company, ECM, a construction company, has partnered with an engineering firm, CPC, to form a joint venture called Mining Process Engineering and Construction (MPEC). I need a logo designed that incorporates elements of both our logos (the swirl and the triangle - see below images) and I was thinking of a logo where the swirl sits in the triangle. I designed something in Canva but wasn't happy with the colour. I have also attached that logo so you can see what I was trying to do. Both parties would like to keep the colours from their logos but there is so much a mix I am not sure it would be compatible so feel free to play around with them.
