Banner-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a company banner designed for the first banner in a rotating set on the main page of our E-commerce site. We sell Radio Controlled custom Quad/Hex/Octo Rotor drones (similar to AR Drone from Parrot), as well as RC Helicopters. We also sell Radios, Electronics, batteries etc.

The banner will need to be 940x300px and the dominate RGB Color of the logo is 183,0,4. With black fonts and a small amount of grey. Looking for a banner that incorporates the primary color in the design but not overwhelmingly.

We also need the same banner in 146x44px and 292x88px for the mobile page. Their may need to be tweaks to support the size.

Lasty, 3 images that represent Fly, Control, and Focus at a size of 300x150px. These images are use as section images so that when a user goes to Fly for example all products in that category show up. There is a mouse over that uses transparent black with red highlight that has each word on the site. So the design should be almost like a silhouette that would show behind the transparent back hover over.

I have attached 3 examples that I created using regular product images. The design should not be an identifiable product but a representation of the category. Please use the attached examples as a reference and feel free to size and shape things however you like. You may also use elements from the your banner design with some tweaks to make it work.

The banner should both introduce and welcome customers to the site a promote The Copter Shop as a great place to shop.

All of the images that I have attached as examples are to be used as a point of reference to help with the design process. None of the images are to be used in your design. Please be creative and thoughtful in your designs as the selected design will represent our store on the front page of the site.

I have attached screen captures of the Website so that you see the design of the site and the colors that are used. The Test Banner in the screen capture is just a place holder so that you can see how the banner will be positioned. None of the graphical elements in the test banner represent what we are looking for in our design.

Lastly, Please do not use the logo in your banner design.

The target market is for both the hobbyist RC do-it-yourselfer (Build your own), media creators (Photography, Film) both hobby and professional. The market for this type of technology is mostly male.

Here is a video from one of the vendors that will be represented on the site. This is a great example of the primary audience for this site as well as the equipment and content that we are supporting.

• This is just a single banner that both introduces The Copter Shop.com provides the customer with the feeling that we are the place that can accommodate all their Copter needs.
  
  940x300px should be the size of the banner for the main page.

  300x150px for the feature images that represent Fly, Control, and Focus.
  
  Try to balance the banner based on the look and feel section above.
  

Schön zu haben

• Try not to overwhelm the banner with the primary color in the logo.
  
  I tend to like things that balances elements and makes smart use of colors. Feel free to introduce other colors if it enhances the design.
  
  Keep the design simple yet impactful. Energetic but not overly busy.
