This saying is a "beach loving tree hugging" or are two "beach loving" and "tree hugging"?

Can you detail it a little better? I liked the site's t-shirts :)

It is one saying on the shirt. Actually not sure if it should be proper grammar or not. Here are the two options but the whole saying goes on one shirt.

Beach Huggin' Tree Lovin' or Beach Hugging Tree Loving
