We have now guaranteed the project and look forward to seeing your designs!

Just to clarify, we are looking for a fully functioning website that we can use immediately after selecting the winner. I suspect that means we are looking for coding rather than a PSD design.

Something else we had not mentioned before is that the website must be responsive design, so that it can adjust to different screen sizes. We are not too concerned about the design aspect, but rather a lot more concerned about it's functionality. We need a website that functions very well without issues down the line. This is why we have selected a template that is regularly updated.
