Logo Design Brief for Formation Projects

Who we are
Formation Projects is a small building company with a specialty in residential projects including, renovations, first floor additions, and new construction.

The company director and builder Karl Barrie has over 20 years experience, learning his first trade carpentry in the U.K. He prides himself on his ability to collaborate with clients, architects and interior designers, working to translate a client's requirements into a practical reality.

He and his team of highly experienced trades have worked on a number of high spec large and medium sized residential projects throughout the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and North Shore.

Audience
Home owners in the Eastern suburbs, Inner West and North Shore looking for friendly, efficient and competitively priced service.

Logo requirements
A type driven logo; no image required. Black and white, maybe brass/gold inclusions, modern. San serif font please.

The logo will need to work on various platforms: business cards, invoices, website, personalised builder sign and company vehicles.

The logo needs to convey the key skills/ approach of the company:

Creative
Problem-solver
Efficient
Reliable

Collaborative
