I need my wordpress wedding music website redesigned. I'm a wedding pianist and also provide duo/trio entertainment with other musicians and looking for an overhaul of my wordpress site.

Muss haben

• I'm looking to overhaul my website which is looking rather tired after 4 years. It is functional but not inviting to visitors. Initially my website started out as a solo piano player providing music for wedding. It is gradually growing now where brides can book
• 1) Solo Piano
• 2) Duo (any combination of Piano / Cello / Vocalist / Violin)
• 3) Trio (any combination of Piano/ Cello /Vocalist / Violin)
• in future it may increase to 4 / 5 /6 piece bands so that needs to be taken into account for the future growth where I'll recruit other musicians.
• Some other functionality I'd like to see
• - Visitors want a calendar to know availability of musicians
• - Automatically providing enquiry price & discount (if applicable)
• - Automating the booking form process (manual) - There's a PDF form I send to the customer after we go back/forth on email on songs/price etc but if more of it could be automated online that would be great. If move to online it would be good to be able to override the set prices with a custom price and also providing a payment gateway
• More Flexibility on pricing - customer selects type of artists they want and it calculates a price based on who they have chosen whether it is a ceremony or canapes or reception (or combination of any). Extra transport fee is added if >50km out of Melbourne.
• How would you re-design this website. Imagine you are a bride/groom looking to book wedding music services. I would love to see some concepts .
• Please indicate any other fees required for your submission and level of support post this competition. I would like this to be an on-going relationship.

Schön zu haben

• I'd preferably like the website to be in wordpress as I've been familiar with it over time and can do basic updates in the back end. Happy for other suggestions if you can convince me I should move away from wordpress.
