Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an illustration designed for a flyer and potentially our website that captures the essence of a professional learning experience that we deliver for education leaders called Pre K - 12 Instructional Rounds.

Our ideal illustration would include two images - perhaps they fade into each other going from left to right. On the left, we'd want an image of education leaders interviewing students and taking notes regarding the experiences that students are having in their classes. On the right (with some sort of fade between the one on the left) we'd want those same education leaders standing at a wall chart sharing and discussing their interview findings with each other. These words would be on the wall chart in this order from top to bottom with some space in between: Evidence --- Patterns --- Predictions.

We need the final electronic files to be ai/vector, PDF and JPEG.

• The fade between the first image and second image would really be cool...it's like the educators in the first image are transported into the second one...
