Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a reasonably simple logo for "PROSUP", ideally in a headline style.
The design will require the "O" to be the feature letter, in a different colour to the core text. This letter could have a "+"in the middle or something that could be pulled out as a different logo to represent the same company.

I would like to see version to useable on a website, decal/ sticker and to be printed on the product.

About the company:
This company produces high quality stand up paddle boards, primarily for surf and cruising. The image should be representative of fashionable surf culture and quality. The company has not been launched and therefore does not have website or any other information for the designer to view.

I would like the two versions:

1st version:
[PROSUP] - using the brackets as a feature and representing the "O" in a different colour (say red) with a cross in the middle. The letters should be in a bold font that has impact/ a headline feel. Look at brands such as SPY (see www.spyoptic.com) and elemenohpee (see www.surfelemenohpee.com) for some inspiration.

2nd version:
The
PROSUP
PROJECT

This will be a headline logo/ tag used on clothing and other accessories. The word "The" will be smaller with a focus on the other two words.

IMPORTANT:
The logo must be on a transparent background so that it can be placed over any background for website etc and create an issue with colour selection etc.
