Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need two logos for a new company that will provide coaching services to small and medium sized businesses. The first will include the full company name "Empowered Leadership". The second is a smaller logo that could be used in the headers of training materials (possibly just the initials or image).

I will be providing my clients with guidance and support in their businesses, as well as challenging them to help create the business they envision. I want my clients to view me as a trusted advisor, someone willing to ask tough questions, and who has the tools to help build a profitable business that serves their life.
