Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our company has a variety of elearning courses. We are currently redesigning the courses and are looking for a new layout for the online learning courses. The layout should be 800x600 and it needs to incorporate the following elements:
1. Course Name
2. Chapter Name
3. Page name
4. Our company logo (see attached file)
5. Navigation bar that includes:
- Next / back buttons
- Page count
- Audio control bar (see attached file)
- Menu items that include: "Menu, Transcript, Resources"
9. Exit button (may be included on the navigation bar if appropriate)
10. Content area must be 775 wide x 442 high

We would like to see designs that use our company colors, blue (RGB 0,69,144) and orange (RGB 222, 111, 51) and dark gray. We're looking for a solution that is clean, crisp and very user friendly. We'd also like to see a little dimension in the layout, we feel that our current layout is very "flat".
