Hi, thanks 
The size i possibly require as stated by vistaprint is as follows;
Full Bleed Size (starting document size)
282 x 219 mm
3331 x 2588 pixels
* Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results.
Document Trim Size (final size after being cut)
279 x 216 mm
3295 x 2551 pixels

Although if you see the uploaded flyer i like the look of the front page is staggered back slightly, I am going to pop into a printers tomorrow and see if this kind of design is possible.
The size measures 289 x 210 mm (trimmed document size)

Alright man, I'll design in full bleed size, but if you need to change we can adapt it.

I''ve found that the vistaprint Brochures come pre folded but if I get it printed as a double sided flyer I can fold them myself with the staggered front page.

282 x 219 mm should be fine then thanks
