Analyzing your competitors pictures, I found 2 main visual elements which plays the key elements of attracting your possible consumer eyes, and encourage them to read more about your product:

1- The illustration, with retro style.
2- Typography.

As for number 1, I think you need to add at least $100 USD extra payment for the budget you suggest here, in case we create a special illustration for your label.

As for typography and quality of design, this quality should be paid at very least 300 USD

Which means this whole design should has a budget of $400 - $700 USD And yes, this is still cheap, because I honestly don't think your competitor paid less than that for his labels.

And once this is on, you will have to rent me as a 1 to 1 job, because I don't want to create a special illustration for you and find my self not got paid anything.

The budget that you say is ok 400-700 is not a problem this is the first time I have ever done a design deal like this and just wanted to test it out see what is out there if someone could deliver what I am looking for I am happy to pay for it
