Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a mission within our team, we want to create the best logo in our department and use some expert designers.
We are a mining company called Peak Downs, our catch phrase is Peak and Proud. We are a mining company that removes overburden material, dirt, from one place to another to expose coal, drill, blast and the use of very big trucks and draglines.
So we are looking for a unique way to explain all this in a form of a logo, the logo will be used on PowerPoint presentations and possibly on shirts and hats.
Our preferred colours are black , white or orange and white or blue and white. See attachments for details.
We want to keep going up, so when you submit ideas of a peak or mountain, try keep it going up...
