Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need to update our logo now that our bussines evolve toa b2b oriented lodging company. (We rent serviced furnished apartments for horporate housing for weekly an monthly terms).

In the logo we want to keep the palmtree but for sure need to be changed for a new modern and more stylish one, (less tropical)(we are not selling a paradise no more, we are selling a home away from home)....(more coprorate)... (the palm can be abstract).

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

Copanies that need lo locate in our city their employees for certain amount of time, usually 2 months or more. Men or women between 25 and 40 years old. Mostly unmarried, mostly expats.

The actual logo is the palmtree and the name of the company: HABITA, you can just check the website and you will see out actual logo in the head: https://www.habita.com.co/home-en (please instead of the included the words that it has in spanish : "apartamentos amoblados", use this only one word: "Suites"

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Keep the palm but designed in a more modern, stylish abstract way. Just keep in mind that we want that our actual customers recognize that we are the same guys.

Schön zu haben

• Modern and corporate image touch: (The palm as tropical palm was nice at the begininig that our customers were mainly tourists but now that they are mainly other companies tha palm is more a referent of our brand but it does not need to sell the image of a tropical paradise).
• Try different fonts.
• Our customers need to relate the logo to the lodging industry, preferably if they relate it to their own home.
• I need the option of making a small logo (social logo kind) from this new one logo.

Sollte nicht haben

• To many colors.
• To many elements.
• the palm should be undesrtandable as a palm or at least very close.
• The fornt should be legible, we print the logo in different sizes in pencils, towells, etc..
