Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Dear designers,

Please look at the attachtment for the current designs, the idea is to stay very close to the current figurative marks. We need a logo design for an existing company in Europe. Our core business is inspecting reefer containers (to transport banana's for example).

It all started with the foundation of Smith-Holland in 1970. In 2005 we also founded Smith-Belgium, Smith-Germany and Smith-France. Every company has their own similar logo (see attachment). All the companies are since a few years under the flag of Smith-Europe (logo in attachment aswell).

The idea is to use more and more the Smith-Europe logo and name in marketing communication (website/email etc.). However Smith-Holland is the pioneer and known worldwide in the reefer industry, so we want to respect that aswell. Our regular designer already proposed a logo, but we are not satisfied. We would like to see:

- a new design for Smith-Europe
- use the blue colour
- keep very very close to the original logo's
-remove text reefer service in Smith-Europe old logo and use quality and commitment in new logo
- the logo must reflect on some way the history of Smith-Europe (founded by Smith-Holland)
- design must be multi-purpose (Smith-Germany, Smith-Holland etc.)

I also attached the proposed logo by our designer to give you an idea.
