Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a Real Estate Agent and looking for a simple memorable logo I can use in various marketing materials. I would like the logo to feel both modern and traditional. I would like a maximum of two colors used. Possibly black and gold with a transparent background. I would like the logo to be easily interchanged to white and possibly if applied on a color or black background.

If you use a house in the logo in any way please make it creative. I find most logos with a house in them boring. I guess I am saying you don't need to include a home in the design. I would prefer a simple modern abstract logo over something that looks like a house.
