JJK is saying they added the fin to the fish so it is different, not sure if that matters regarding trademark law? I am not sure what do at this point, not how I wanted this process to go....

Hi, just adding the fin from orig. design doesn't mean you already own the design.. If I will add a leaf in Apple logo it means it's already mine. Absolutely no..
