Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design of a new logo for MITA S.r.l., which is the oldest company of the MITA Group, consisting of three operative companies (Mita, MITA Biorulli and Torraval Cooling).

MITA is a company founded in 1960 and grown up to have a presence in many foreign countries. It now needs a restyling of its logo (still the same since its foundation) which could be used in combination or not with the new MITA GROUP logo.
The new logo shall not totally cannibalize the current one, highly recognizable and well visible on the installed systems, but make it more in line with the contemporary graphic styles.
Moreover, we would like to have the possibility to add the payoff "Cooling Tech".
Please take also into account that, actually, the MITA logo is also used in blue version (pantone n. 282) by the sister company MITA Biorulli S.r.l., which could also benefit from the restyling of the MITA logo.
