I'm interested to work on this project but can you please clarify if it is a one sided brochure or 2 sided ?

Got this doubt because you have mentioned that "not too busy" but the word document which contains text if put on only 1 side may look too crowded.

Also, can you please let me know the size ( A4/US/Custom Size) of this brochure ?
