I am the artist who submitted a design that allows the recipient to mail mail the response questionnaire back by simply placing a stamp. The over all design is to specs of 8.5X14 and not 8.5X15. I want to clarify that for purposes of accuracy.

I appreciate you taking a look at the design and I can't wait for your feedback and final decision. A lot of time and effort went into putting this brochure together that I believe provides an excellent representation of the company.
