Depending on the backend requirements and CMS complexity. I don't wanna have a complex CMS with dozen of features, that we don't need.

Company Name ist Carbon Logistics GmbH. Name is historical based. Our company started in 2001 with IT Conculting, focusing Software and IT for logistics. It moves to generic "IT Consulting and Engineering". And now we are in the migration phase to become 100% "Sportics".

Actually the advantage of using joomla is that you later on you can create as many pages as u want and link them to menus etc very easily from back end.

and later on if u want to include more features in your site you can easily do it and u don't need to redesign your site from scratch.

and in backend through editor you can easily write blogs , content , and can easily update images and much more !!

No Joomla please. I know Joomla and much others. Internally we work with Confluence (it's Enterprise Wiki). It investigated lots of time for decision if we will launch page with CMS or not. I know lots of CMS, but finally we said "no" for beginning. Maybe we change in future. Most important is the layout, not the backend technology.

A "long term" relationship is interesting, yes. We have to redesign the web layout for the product itself during. But first of all we need only some pages for the "landing site" for our potential customers, explaining what the products stand for. It's no problem for us to change HTML content directly, cause we are engineers.

I completely agree. If we need more pages in future (with additional requirements) we will migrate to a CMS. But not for the first launch.
