Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo that depicts Australia, and a horse (horses) ... and that they are rescued horses.

We are launching a new, non-for-profit association called Equine Rescue Association (Australia). Our first (and primary) role is to introduce minimum standards that horse rescue organisations must follow. There are over 100 horse rescue groups in Australia right now .. some are very good, some are good, some are okay, and many are not doing the best thing for the horses in their care.

We are forming this Association and launching minimum standards. Rescue groups that can meet those minimum standards will be invited to join the Association as a member.

Rescue groups who do not meet minimum standards will receive training and support from the Association, so that they can meet these standards - which is a better result for horses in their care.

Design specifics:

I'm thinking it's Australia wide … so an outline of Australia? Australian colours are green and gold … and I love black. So horse (s) and Australia … and I'm not sure if there is a 'rescue' logo. Or a 'group' logo. Or a teaching/education symbol. As will aim to support/train rescue groups into meeting minimum standards.

However, it's not all going to be about meeting minimum standards. We see the Equine Rescue Association (Australia) as being a voice for equine rescue at a government level.
