Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

mayr+company realty, a Florida based vacation rental brokerage, is expanding and rebranding their booking platform into "BookLuxuryRentals.com". "Book Luxury Rentals" will be a unique niche vacation rental online community featuring a collection of amazing properties SELECTED BY INVITATION ONLY!

The latter ("properties selected by invitation only") is creating a user experience of quality over quantity catering to those looking for homes with original design, dramatic locations and unique experiences.

Providing this type of vetting and curation services to its user-base we thought a logo resembling some sort of a (quality) "seal" would be a good starting point conveying the message. There is a white transparent sample attached/uploaded to the brief.

Since we focus on 5-star rentals the element of "stars" could be an option as well, if needed to create balance.

The logo needs to convey professional modernism, minimalistic style and trust.

The logo itself will be relatively large displayed on the landing page and should be 319x298 pixels or any constraint multiple of this for print use. The lettering should be large enough to immediately convey the message of the service offered: "Book Luxury Rentals". The .com implementation in the logo is optional.

The logo should be transparent (please deliver PNG, JPG and PSD) in light and dark version to be displayed transparent layered over photographs (kind like a watermark).
