T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Backcountry Gear is an online (www.backcountrygear.com) and local gear store located in Eugene, Oregon. Are focus is Backpacking and Climbing equipment. Our local store has many customers that are rock climbers. Customers are mostly Male 20-45 yrs, but I don't want to overlook the many great female climbers out there. We are looking for a shirt that appeals to this customer and that could also be used for shop employees. The shirt may or may not incorporate our current logo. Looking for something clean, simple but does NOT rely on many of the outdoor industries stereo types of images (No images of standing on a mountain, or sun setting behind the hills). Looking for something that could go on a white or colored shirt. We may want to limit the number of colors in the design to control screen printing costs. Design could go on front or back of shirt. I am thinking that the new design would go on the back of employees shirts with company logo on the front. For the customer shirt, the Design might stand alone. (This is up in the air and open for designer input)
I have included basic company logo. I have in other formats if needed.
Also included a list of URL Links to designs to give an idea of designs that strike me. They are kind of all over the place, but I hope they help.
