We are looking to create a brochure that is professional and eye catching to bring in new commercial business. After14 years in business we have finally redone our logo and it is time to get a brochure completed as well. The logo that should be used is the one that says Inc. We want this new brochure to appeal to corporate property management companies and smaller apartment complexes. We want it to look rich and have the same high quality our work has.

• brochure will be 8.5x11. open minded in terms of the fold, how it looks best with the design provided will determine that. Can be bi-fold, try-fold or z-fold.
