Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a real estate broker looking to design a team logo. I was thinking something along the line of Trong Dang Home Team, TD Home Team, Trong Dang Real Estate, etc. I am open to suggestion and new ideas. I like my design to contain the color red, white and/or blue as the primary color. The design doesn't have to contain all 3 colors, it could be a combination of 2, or 2 with another color that you think will contrast it best.

On the other hand, with all of the suggestion above, I'm also open to any design you can think of, I am not locked down to any ideas yet and is still exploring.

I like the logo to be simple, authentic and to the point. I like it to look genuine and comfortable, and not too aggressive. I'm not very into the typical house shaped designs, I think it is overused. I have attached an example file of a design that I really like, it does not contain the typical House Shape and appears welcoming and authentic to me.
