I am opening a gym that offers high quality spin bikes and the latest technology to an area that's basically untouched! I need something catchy that will draw people in! We will offer heart rate training to optimize your workout sessions. All of our employees and instructors will be certified. We will offer personal training , HITT resistance classes, pilates, sync, and spin classes! All classes have the option of tracking your heart rate to give you the most out of your workouts! A nutritionist will also be available to help with food plans and healthy lifestyle guidance. This gym will offer a boutique high quality feel with the upmost care and quality service! My colors are black, grey, and cyan. The inside of my studio will be exposed industrial style and brick.
