Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my newly formed company I have had a go myself but cannot make it look professional enough. I need the logo and then the name below preferably in a teal light blue colour. The file I have uploaded is along the lines I would like, I like the type face but would like the duck facing the other way. If you could incorporate the "V" and the "D" into the design somehow, maybe the v for the beak and the D for the wing?
