If you really want mobile responsive and seo friendly site then please select a winner via live demo site only. Please don't go with PSD to custom code, Go with live site only. Its just an advice to select a better functional site.

You can not take better decision without going to live demo site. If you select a site based on design only then there will be a lot of problem to get the desire functionality. So please select a winner via live demo site only.
