Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new artisan bakery based in Hornsey (London). We bake flavoursome pasties, breads, cakes but also serve light bites mostly influenced by mediterranean flavours. The idea is to make a logo in a hand drawn style possibly containing three symbols, like a whisk, a fork and a wheat. We quite like the "fat duck" and "eleven madison Park" logos.
Colours we like are :
* Duck egg blue
* Turquoise
* Light grey with pink hues
* Myconos green and blue
* Tifanny blue
* Craft cardboard
We want the final design will reflect the uniqueness, high quality and attentiveness and that go into our products.

The Intrepid Fork Café is a new venture in a residential area in North London. It is located in Hornsey high street N8 7NX next to priory park, close to Alexandra Palace and surrounded by Muswell hill, Crouch End and Turnpike Lane.
Our products are baked goods, bread, cakes, biscuits, specialty cakes, celebration cakes. We will be offering a wide range of exquisite hot drinks, smoothies and shakes, breakfast and light homemade meals. Wine, cheese and charcuterie will be introduced a few months from opening. We will have a short range of retail products for sale as well.
Our produce is homemade using great products, it is innovative using fresh ideas and techniques. At the cafe one could find traditional delicacies that are difficult to find in the UK.
The consumers we are targeting are young professionals, foodies, families, the Greek community and other European communities that have a strong memory from baked good from their countries of origin (Italian, French, Dutch, German).
Our vision is to grow into a business with great produce from coffee, to bread, to cake, mostly homemade products and products that can go on the shelf with our own brand.
Our produce is homemade using great ingredients, it is innovative using fresh ideas and techniques. At the cafe one could find traditional delicacies that are difficult to find in the UK.
We want to become the sweet spot of the area, the birthday cake must visit, as well as a spot to come relax with some great wine and cheese in our luminous garden.
The Intrepid fork visions its growth in small production of homemade goods being delivered to the consumers door or to other businesses.
About the Logo:
Our logo is "The intrepid Fork' and we are looking on how to present this throughout our business. We would also like to see options and ideas on a design logo that fits the description and name. The name it self (Intrepid), it can allow a lot of background thinking and curiosity to the consumer without needing to overload the logo.
The logo will be used for signage of our shop, business cards, loyalty cards, website, flyers, marketing, fabric.
The colours we are using for our brand and shop are:
-Interior: Earthly, mostly wood, copper and marble, giving a sense of rough industrial environment. The walls will be painted a hue of tinted white with gray and pink pigments to keep the interior warm and cozy.
-Frontage: Grey with pigments of light blue, and light pink. The logo will be a large sigh on the top of the frontage with ‘’The Intrepid Fork ’’ written on it, possibly the words ‘’bakehouse, cafe’’ right centered underneath.
Common logos for pastry shops/cafes would be classically artistic, calligraphic lettering. Even though we want to associate with a must visit patisserie-bakery, we do not want to be associated with old fashioned, heavily classical establishments.
