Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an impactful logo design for an established Property Management company who manages and rents properties to Grad Students and Millennials who are our main clients (ages 22-35). With our new name, we are hoping to play off of the Apple "i" theme. The "i" followed by Genius will also elicit a feeling of genius/smarts in our clients when they chose us.
We will want to be using these logos mainly on Real estate sized signs for lead generation/awareness, but also on letter heads, website, contracts, email signatures, etc.

Our target clientele are grad students, recent grads, and young professionals - AKA Millennial aged people. We work with both men and women equally.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• -Bold, modern, and attention catching font and art work.
• -Logo should use colour / contrast to attract drive by attention, as these logos will be on real estate signs on lawns for exposure.
• -The letters "Property Management" should be apparent and not so small as to be hard to read when people drive by
• -Please make a version of the logo with our slogan of "Solutions for Tenants and Owners" on it
• -We like some of the fonts that Apple Inc. or Spotify have used. Round edges, circles not squares on top of the "i'"s. iGenius should look exactly as typed. Feel free to use all caps on PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Schön zu haben

• -We want the logo to speak towards being smart when choosing to use us
• -That we have solutions (beaming light bulb)
• -and that we deal with properties / houses (you could incorporate a house, a key hole, a key, or a door into your designs)
• Somehow if we could incorporate a lightbulb in the logo (reflects a solutions which is a key word in our slogan), an image of a house, a skeleton key hole, or a key that could be great. Attached are some logos that were simple but stood out to us. There could be a brain in the lightbulb as long it looked tasteful to represent the "genius" portion of the name.

Sollte nicht haben

• Century old fonts, hand written fonts, too much cheesy animation, all CAPS on the word iGenius
