Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a user guide (1 pager) for end users using our metering technology (electricity & Water). The users make use of cellphones / internet or bank transfers to TOP UP their accounts. (Almost like pay as you go cellphone accounts but for electricity consumption)

Their accounts are viewable on smart devices etc....
The user guide... needs to guide them through the process on 1 HOW to register
2 How to TOP UP 3 a Brief description on how the technology works
4 Problem solving..

We need a visual application for people in the residential market. (not corporate)
I like the more informal approach ... with animated graphics.(A character)

I have attached two files . One a drawing of the concept ,the other an inclusion of the wording.

The back of the pamphlet/ guide will include standard term etc.

IMPORTANT: It is the type of document that one would put on your fridge as an easy guide to refer to.

I suggest we build a character (man/ women)

This needs to be simple, funny , informal (but not stupid)
