Dear customer, I forgo tell that I have add some dummy details to the label such as barcode, Product Description. I can remove those details if you do not require. Also not sure which type of packaging you are going to paste the label. is it for a Bottel Jar or Box?

Thank you for the feedback. So label will be horizontal. Height is 5 x Width is 4. Am I correct? Can you also give the feedback on my design. Then I'll be able to modify it as well.
